Sustainability and climate protection are important to us
We are committed to the environment and have signed a target agreement with the federal government to reduce our energy consumption sustainably and continuously. This commitment is confirmed by the certificate from act (Cleantech Agency Switzerland).
Wherever possible we manufacture our products from solid metal. After they reach the end-of-life after usually 18 years, we take the products back. Then, the metal parts begin the next stage of life – thanks to the recycling process.
We produce the majority of the energy we need ourselves. This is provided by the solar panels on the roof of the company. The whole façade and the production and office buildings underwent an energy refurbishment, meaning that today, we have a Minergie Standard certified building.
The training of our young professionals is also an important concern for us. For many years now, we have been training young professionals in the technical field (polymechanics) as well as in the commercial field (business management).
